Posting jobs and getting responses is completely free for customers. Tradespeople get a free trial, then choose a monthly plan: Trade (€29.99/mo), Pro (€49.99/mo), or Elite (€79.99/mo). Plan subscriptions are billed via PayPal. Still no commission on jobs.

Sign up, open Post a Job, add a title, description, photos, budget and urgency - and choose how tradies should reply: estimates, a site visit, or simple interest. Under a minute for most jobs.
Interest shows who’s free and keen so you can chat first. Site visits let you shortlist up to three people to come and look before pricing. Estimates are full priced responses (dates included); Pro & Elite tradies can attach letterheaded PDFs or system-generated branded estimates.
Many jobs see interest or quotes within a few hours. You’ll be notified by email and/or push when someone responds - and you can turn those alerts on or off under Communications in your dashboard.
Yes. Open Communications in your customer dashboard. Choose email and/or push for new estimates, job approved/rejected, messages, date changes and more. Security emails (password reset, verification) always send.
We recommend speaking directly with the tradesperson first - most issues resolve with a conversation. If you can’t reach a resolution, contact us and we’ll help where we can. As a marketplace we connect you; we don’t perform the trade work ourselves.

Yes. Set a primary trade on your profile, then tick additional trades for every other category you work in. Job matching and optional new-job alerts use all of them (plus approved certifications).
A digest of your next 7 days of visits, bookings and diary notes. Default is email on (often Sunday 18:00 IoM time) - pick any day and hour under Communications. You can also tap Send week ahead now anytime. Print the week for the van from your diary.
Yes - Communications in the dashboard. Per-event email and push for messages, awards, declines, shortlists, date changes, trial/billing, and optional new jobs in your trades (with a location filter: whole Island, south, Douglas area, etc.). Register or remove push devices on the same page.
Optional defaults on your profile: typical hourly rate, site visit fee, and emergency call-out “from” price. They prefill when you respond to jobs and can show on your public page. You can still change the number per job.
No. There is no commission taken from jobs. You only pay the flat monthly subscription for your plan (Trade, Pro or Elite) via PayPal.
Plan subscriptions are processed by PayPal. You approve billing on PayPal’s checkout - we don’t store your full card or bank details. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or PayPal account. (This is separate from job payments, which customers pay you directly.)
Customers pay you directly once the job is finished and they’re happy with the work. No platform fees or delays on job money.
We use a mix of automated checks, AI-assisted review, and human admin review where needed, to help catch spam, scams, and policy issues before content goes fully live. Decisions can be re-checked by our team.
Yes. We verify tradespeople before they can quote on jobs. This helps maintain quality and trust on the platform. Some trades also need certification documents before bidding on those categories.
